Starting at $5,000
For clients that are looking for more extensive input and guidance throughout the entire planning process. Forever by Fern will aid in the planning decisions and processes, day of coordination, vendor coordination, and conceptualization. This package typically requires a 6-month lead time or involvement from the inception of the event.
Partial Planning package
Starting at $3,500
This package is for clients who are confident in their planning process, but are looking for a Day of Coordinator to execute their vision. Forever by Fern will consult, guide, and setup the event as envisioned by the client. This package requires at least one month of lead time to ensure a thorough understanding of the project and goals.
Coordination Package
Starting at $1,500
3 Months of full virtual guidance - including emails, phone calls and text messaging. Forever by Fern will provide you with our proprietary templates and checklists to ensure every element of your day is accounted for.
